The Surgery closes between 1.00pm and 2.00pm every day (phone line remains open).
Emergencies or advice when the surgery is closed
In an emergency during working hours telephone the surgery. For assistance out of surgery hours such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays call 111. Patients will be given advice, appointments at the out of hours service or a home visit if it is deemed necessary.
Please do not go the the Accident and Emergency Department of the Hospital. This is for serious life threatening conditions. Please always call 111 first for medical advice.

The appointments line is open at the following times:
- 2.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday
- 9.00am to 5.00pm Weekends and Bank Holidays
Appointments will be made in one of the centres (Newbury Park Health Centre or Fulwell Cross Health Centre) at the following times:
- 6.30pm to 10.00pm Monday to Friday
- 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday
- 9.00am to 1.00pm Sunday
