We are happy to listen to our patients' concerns and we have a comment box in the waiting room for patients' comments and suggestions.
Our patient satisfaction surveys have been largely positive and are regularly published on the website.
Complaints
We aim to provide the highest level of care to all our patients, but sometimes things do go wrong.

Or speak to a member of staff. If they can they will try to resolve any problem you have.
